Greetings for the New Year from the New Top Management

Good morning.
I wish you a Happy New Year 2011.

My name is Keita Asakawa. I am the new President of Futaba Czech, appointed as of January 1^st, 2011. Let me introduce myself a little bit first.
I got an employment into Futaba in 1985, and I have been working for Futaba for 25 years. First, I worked for design and development of the exhaust pipe & muffler at Engineering Dept. Then, Overseas Business Office was newly established in 1989, since then, I dedicatedly worked for the past 21 years for the overseas business development of Futaba. My position in Futaba Japan is a Corporate Officer.
When we see market environment surrounding FCZ, still Europe is the most severe status since “Lehman Shock” happened in 2008.
As for the profit / loss status of FCZ in the year of 2010, it is expected that it will slightly be improved compared with 2009 because of the great efforts which all of you made. However, according to the production volume forecast of our major customers, this year of 2011will again be very severe year because of down of volume compared with the last year. At present, market is still very severe, but it should be like seasons, warm Spring should come again after the severe Winter. Let’s sale across as an team by all together for the continuous existence of FCZ in Czech, and for seeing Spring together. Why not !
I have an experience of staying in FCZ from the late 2005 till early 2006 as one of the support members. I feel that every members at FCZ have greatly grown, all members are working with having consciousness and independence, and FCZ is getting healthy and firmly company because of the growth of the human property.
We should not be optimistic, but I strongly believe that we may overcome this difficult situation, and we may have further growing, by making efforts with all of you together, and improving cost competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
